Over sixty WeFix technicians and support staff joined the Samsung Customer Experience team on Friday, 24 January 2020 for ‘Fix Up, Look Sharp’, a one-day teambuilder focussing on service excellence.
Gathering at Newark’s Holiday Inn, WeFix CEO Aaron Brown kicked-off the day with a recap of 2019, which saw the WeFix and samsungrepair.com operations deliver almost 40,000 in-warranty and out-of-warranty smartphone and tablet repairs throughout the UK.
After an afternoon of teambuilding activities at the Lockwell Activity Centre, including archery, go-karting, rifle shooting and blindfold driving, the WeFix and Samsung teams regrouped for dinner and awards.
Amongst those celebrated on the night was WeFix Technician of the Year 2019, Adam Wellington, who keeps the savvy smartphone and tablet owners of Hull fault-free and fully functioning.
Established in 2012, WeFix is the UK’s only manufacturer-approved mobile smartphone and tablet repairer.
Its fleet of 60 custom-built, lab-tech mobile workshops deliver ‘we come to you’ repair services – at home or at work – to 94% of UK postcodes.
WeFix employs 93 technical and support staff, based at its customer service centre and distribution hub in Hampshire and Essex.
