AMC Technology, a leading Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) provider, is announcing the launch of new branding which includes a new product offering architecture and new visual identity.

Since its creation in 1995, AMC has been offering Computer Telephony Integration to contact centers and bringing dedicated contact center integration expertise to its clients. AMC recently introduced DaVinci, the only full spectrum cloud-centric contact center solution that supports cloud, premise and hybrid environments. The flagship product provides the largest portfolio of pre-built, best-in-class integration apps in the industry that meet business needs now, and in the future.

New product offering architecture

From now on, all AMC solutions will be hosted under the DaVinci umbrella, making it clearer and easier to navigate as we extend our offering portfolio. Further offerings were added to the former Contact Canvas suite, now renamed DaVinci.

DaVinci offers a powerful platform, solutions and tools that improve contact center efficiency. It includes:

– the DaVinci Platform, the industry’s first and only cloud-based contact center platform with pre-built apps for integrating CRM/CSM platforms with today’s best of breed communication channels;

New logos and visual identity

To celebrate AMC’s 25th birthday and reinforce its positioning, the brand is getting a fresh look with new logos and visual identity that focus on human interactions and communication. “AMC was born in the nineties; the company is sort of a millennial achieving maturity now. So we wanted to give it a modern and dynamic feel that would bring our vision for positive human interactions into life,” said Carole Morris and Mariah Mays from the Marketing team at AMC.
